Laser Welded Finned Tubes in TP347H Stainless Steel

Delfin Tubes S.A. has completed the manufacturing of a new batch of laser welded finned tubes for an industrial application in the Middle East.

The tubes are manufactured from SA 312 TP347H austenitic stainless steel, selected for its suitability for high-temperature service. They feature an outside diameter of 168.3 mm (6") and a wall thickness of 7.11 mm.

The tubes are fitted with SS 304 stainless steel solid fins, with a height of 25.4 mm (1"), a thickness of 1.30 mm and a fin density of 197 fins per metre, providing an extended heat transfer surface for demanding industrial applications.
