Prefabrication of coils for convection modules

The structures will be installed in a fertilizer plant located in Saudi Arabia.

This units are very narrow and extremely hight. This fact, together with their heavy weights results in a manufacturing challenge. Once finished, they should be flipped down so they can be transported in a horizontal position.

Prefabrication includes the bending of a large number of tubes, with different radius and diameters. This process has also been carried out in our facilities.
